Promises made, promises kept
Fairview Heights, IL -- When a company is on a hot deadline and says it needs to have its supply of fasteners replenished "first thing in the morning," there's no time to discuss exactly what time of day that is. Time is money and downtime is money lost. You've got to be able to trust your supplier. Lowest price doesn't mean much if you run out and can't get what you need.
