Sotomayor isnAEt the first Hispanic justice

With all the hoopla over Sonia SotomayorAEs supposedly being the first Hispanic nominee for the U.S. Supreme Court, I suggest that people reread their history books and look up Benjamin Nathan Cardozo, a U.S. Supreme Court Associate Justice who served from 1932 to 1938. He came from a Spanish and Sephardic Jewish background.

And, to those who say he wasnAEt Hispanic, his family ancestors came from Spanish heritage. Now, how can he not be Hispanic? Of course, those saying this are the usual always liberal and suspect PC police who proclaim we should do what they say and ignore the overwhelming facts.
