Geospatial Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB:GSPH) announced that the Company has been selected as a part of a team selected to provide underground pipeline utility location and mapping services over a three-year period to the Mississippi State Port Authority at Gulfport, Mississippi.
On August 29th, 2005, Hurricane Katrina made landfall on the Mississippi Gulf Coast, resulting in one of the worst natural disasters in the United States history. The Port of Gulfport's electrical power supply, roads, water, sewer, rail, small craft harbor fender systems, navigational aids, and lighting and security systems were all destroyed or severely damaged by the storm.
