International CTIA WIRELESS I.T. & Entertainment 2009[R] announced its educational program, which will feature more than 125 industry leaders speaking on the latest trends and emerging opportunities in mobile business, healthcare, advertising, smart energy, applications, infrastructure, content and public policy. CTIA Educational Sessions take place on Wednesday, October 7 and Thursday, October 8 from 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. International CTIA WIRELESS IT & E takes place October 7-9 at the San Diego Convention Center.
