Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs will close Jeddah's Al- Nakheel rubbish dump and turn the area into an amusement park at a cost of SR 29.3 million.
An agreement has been signed by the municipality and Ali Al-Aswad Group to transform the dump, which has been in use for the past 25 years, according to press reports.
