*As the Sisters of Charity Health System prepares to become the sole owner of St. Vincent Charity Hospital in Cleveland, the system's President and CEO Sister Judith Ann Karam will assume those roles over the hospital, and Joan Ross will step into the new role of COO at the hospital. Ross, 49, comes from the system's Providence Hospitals in Columbia, S.C., where she has been senior vice president of patient-care services and chief nursing officer since 2006. Jeffrey Jeney, the current president and CEO of St. Vincent Charity, was offered other positions in the system, according to a news release, but chose to leave the organization.
