From down the hall it was obvious the scene at the other end was tense. Randy, fourteen years old, was sitting on a couch on one side of the hallway. His head was down and there were tears on his cheeks. Across the hall were two male staff members, leaning against the wall. Their position appeared to add tension to the conversation.
