SENATOR Edward Kennedy was there for his constituents for nearly five decades - now they are repaying that loyalty by the tens of thousands.
Mourners paid their final respects to him yesterday as his body lay in repose at the John F Kennedy Library and Museum in Boston.
A private memorial for family and invited friends was held at the centre later in the day.
