By SIKANDER SHAHEEN ISLAMABAD, August 25 (THE NATION): The provincial government seems helpless before the Punjab Food Department officials highhandedness, as they have indulged in harassing the flour traders at the border checkpoints linking Punjab with the NWFP. According to details, some officials of the Punjab Food Department are harassing the flour traders who transport flour from Punjab to NWFP in the name of checking and scrutiny at various border check-posts.
