Aug 31, 2009 (The West Australian - ABIX via COMTEX) -- Apache Corporation and Kufpec have been included in the law suit launched against Tap Oil in the Supreme Court of Western Australia by Burrup Fertilisers. The latter's founder, Pankaj Oswal, argues that a contract for the supply of gas to the company must be honoured by the energy groups, even though they now say their Harriet joint venture offshore field will have a smaller resource than previously assumed. The amount sought could range between $A600m and 10 times that, depending on the gas price applied.
