DANVERS, Mass. -- Babcock Power Inc. ("BPI") announced today that its subsidiary, Babcock Power Services Inc. ("Babcock Power Services"), has acquired all assets of Welding Technologies Inc. located in Gainesville, Georgia. Welding Technologies will be a division of Babcock Power Services, one of the four business segments within the BPI group of companies.
Welding Technologies provides field welded repair, replacement and refurbishment of plant equipment and fabrication of ASME parts and pressure vessels for the power generation, petrochemical and pulp and paper industries.
