Presbyterian Homes has hired Adolfson & Peterson Construction of Minneapolis to handle the initial phase of Wayzata Bay Center, a $160 million mixed-use project to be built in downtown Wayzata. Adolfson will handle infrastructure work, including site demolition, piling and foundation work, excavation, construction of new roadways and site utilities. The firm also may be involved in construction of one or more of the five new buildings, which will include residential, retail and office space and a hotel.
