Anthony "Tony" Viera Jr. of Rehoboth, formerly of Attleboro, a waste management worker and former groundskeeper, died Saturday at Caritas St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Boston after a peiod of declining health. He was 62.
Born in Attleboro and raised in Seekonk and Attleboro, Mr. Viera moved to Rehoboth three years ago.
Mr. Viera worked at Waste Management of Cranston, R.I., from 1988 until the onset of illness in 2006. He previously worked at Goditt & Boyer Inc. in Attleboro for 20 years and was a former groundskeeper at Sun Valley Golf Course in Rehoboth.
