BEIJING/SEOUL, Sept. 1 (Yonhap) -- A North Korean delegation led by Vice Foreign Minister Kim Yong-il arrived in China Tuesday as part of an exchange of high-level visits between the two countries marking 60 years of diplomatic ties this year, Beijing's foreign ministry said. "Vice Foreign Minister Kim will meet with Chinese foreign ministry officials and exchange opinions on issues of mutual concern," Chinese foreign ministry spokeswoman Jiang Yu said at a press briefing.
