AUSTRALIAN HIGH COURT DISMISSES NEGLIGENCE CLAIM VS LEIGHTON
CANBERRA - The High Court has dismissed a negligence claim against Australian construction firm Leighton (ASX:LEI), ruling the company had no common law duty to train sub-contractors to do their job.
