Khorfakkan Container Terminal (KCT), strategically located on Sharjah's Indian Ocean coast outside the politically sensitive Strait of Hormuz and close to the main east-west shipping lines, will be able to host more vessels and provide better cargo-handling services once its multi-million-dollar Phase 2 development is completed later this year.
