LDK Solar Co Ltd, a manufacturer of multicrystalline solar wafers in China, has signed an agreement with the government of Suqian, Jiangsu Province to develop up to 300 megawatts of photovoltaic solar projects by 2015.
The Jiangsu-based company said the agreement included developing PV power projects in buildings, plants and integration systems, but did not provide financial details. Details related to financing, design and project locations are subject to a feasibility study and final government approval.
