ID Insight, Inc., announced the development of the first database for every state in the union that shows broadband connectivity and internet usage, down to the Census Block Number Level. Broadband DBsm provides access to the data that is required in order to receive stimulus grant monies from the $7.2 billion broadband stimulus package that is part of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009.
