TD Bank, America's Most Convenient Bank , announces the construction a new retail location on Providence Avenue and 15th Street at University Crossings in Chester, Pa. The new bank is the first to open in Chester in 15 years.
TD Bank's new store supports the reemergence of Chester's vital retail and banking community.
