AVerMedia Technologies Inc., (2417.TW) announced that its Board has approved the release of CPA audited consolidated financial results for the first half of 2009.

AVerMedia's revenue of 1H2009 reached NT$2,251 million, down 1.89% YoY.

The consolidated pre-tax profit in 1H2009 was NT$557.5 million, up 77.26% YoY.

The consolidated after-tax profit in 1H2009 was NT$401.9 million, up 24.63% YoY.

The pre-tax EPS in 1H2009 was NT$2.12, up 43.24% YoY.

The after-tax EPS in 1H2009 was NT$1.84, up 26.03% YoY.
