Jim Rogers and Beeland Interests, Inc. announced the following adjustments to the Rogers International Commodity Index (RICI ).
Due to inadequate liquidity on the ICE CA Western Barley contract (identified in the RICI Handbook as Barley) in the view of the RICI Committee, the RICI Committee decided to reduce the weight of this component from 0.10% to 0% and to increase the weight of ICE CA Canola from 0.67% to 0.77%. These adjustments will be implemented during the August 2009 roll period and re-evaluated by the RICI Committee at its next annual meeting in December 2009.
