THE PLACE: Papa Gallo Mexican Restaurant, 205 W. Genesee St., Fayetteville. This a classy take on Mexican dining, as you might expect from the same team that brings you the Arad Evans Inn. It's casual and upscale at the same time, with roughly half a dozen margaritas on its cocktail list.
