Directors Change of Roles
AH Medical Properties plc is pleased to announce that following a strategic
review, Bruce Walker has agreed to become Chief Executive. Stephen Minion will
become Deputy Chairman in an executive capacity. The Board has decided that
with the opportunities available to the Company, both Bruce and Steve will
devote more time to the business and will be remunerated directly. These
