An affiliate of AEGON USA Realty Advisors, Inc. owns the property, which formerly served as home to Lucent Technologies.
Joseph J. Sarno, Jeremy Neuer, and Nick Cerulo of Cushman & Wakefield's Edison, N.J., office are heading the assignment to market the full, six-story building for lease.
