Hunan Nonferrous Metals announced an agreement of 100% equity interest in Canada based Beaver Brook Antimony Mine Inc at a price of USD 29.5 million with Canadian Antimony Mine Inc and Beaver Brooks Resources Limited.

According to the release after the acquisition, BBAM will become a wholly owned subsidiary of HNC. But the transaction still ...
