4 September 2009 - Swedish engineering group Alfa Laval AB (STO: ALFA) sees better possibilities to make acquisitions as sellers and buyers have started to come closer to each other in terms of price expectations, CEO Lars Renstrom said today in an interview for news wire Nyhetsbyran Direkt.
Earlier this week, the group announced the acquisition of 90% of the shares in South Korean heat exchanger maker LHE Co Ltd, which had sales equivalent to some SEK750m in 2008. The purchase price was not disclosed.
