The Expenditure Finance Committee of Delhi Government today cleared three road projects totalling Rs 44.5 crore which will be completed well ahead of next year's Commonwealth Games. The projects to be implemented by the PWD were cleared today at an EFC meeting presided over by Delhi Finance Minister A K Walia.
Briefing media after the meeting, Walia said that a new service road and drain would be constructed along the Delhi-Rohtak road (NH-10) and the existing road would be strengthened at a cost of Rs 23.92 crore. This work would be completed within six months time.
