(EDITORIAL from the Korea Times on Sept. 5) -- Thursday's Cabinet reshuffle is aimed at promoting President Lee Myung-bak's policy of national harmony and his vision of centrist pragmatism. By replacing the prime minister and six other ministers, Lee apparently intends to have a new Cabinet lineup to tighten his grip on power and consolidate his leadership to help the nation smoothly get out of the global crisis and secure political stability.
