Project Location: Doha Details : Doha has begun the bidding process for a major contract on the $11 billion New Doha International Airport project.
The airport has asked four pre-eligible groups that comprise South Korea-based Hyundai Engineering & Construction Company, Beijing's China State Construction Engineering Corporation, a joint venture of France's Vinci Construction Grands Projets and Qatari Diar Investment Company, and a joint venture between Belgium's Six Construct and Midmac Contracting Company, to bid for the contract to extend the existing passenger terminal.
