Ryan Durand is a Tennessee Titan.
Durand, an offensive guard, confirmed yesterday that he has made Tennessee's NFL practice squad.
The former St. Bernard's High star, a seventh-round draft pick out of Syracuse University, learned the news yesterday morning after meeting with Titans head coach Jeff Fisher.
"I'm happy to be a part of the Titans," Durand said in a telephone interview. "I'm very excited. It's a great situation for me."
While Durand was named to the eight-man practice squad, there is a 24-hour window where any team in the NFL can claim him off waivers. But if any team does, it must put Durand ...
