Despite the ongoing call to look for income beyond UK borders, funds that invest in the Asia Pacific ex-Japan region, and target yield, are few and far between. So kudos to Newton for being one of the first players to recognise the potential for dividend income in overseas market, and subsequently launching the Newton Asian Income Fund.
