S AUSTRALIA TO REMAIN LEADER IN USE OF RENEWABLE ENERGY: PREMIER
ADELAIDE - South Australia will remain a leader in the use of renewable energy with a move to use green power for Adelaide's new A$1.83 billion (US$1.57 billion) desalination plant, Premier Mike Rann says.
Mr Rann on Tuesday said that electricity supply company AGL had been contracted to supply 100 per cent renewable energy to the plant over the next 20 years.
