Amtel-Vredestein's board of directors accepts resignations from CEO and CFO
MOSCOW. Sept 7 (Interfax) - Tire-maker OJSC Amtel-Vredestein's board of directors accepted on Friday a request from CEO Pyotr Zolotarev to be relinquished of his duties in that position, the company said in a statement.
The board also accepted the resignation of its CFO Vadim Pesochinsky.
Over ten days, the top managers will remain in Amtel-Vredestein for a transfer of duties.
