After a $4 million makeover three years ago, Fifth Street Market, a collection of shops and restaurants in downtown Eugene, has carefully cultivated an uptown image.
But this weekend, it's hosting a decidedly down-scale "tag sale" of furnishings, linens from a former tenant who owed the market rent, glassware and other assorted items.
