Argentine province Santa Fe's governor Hermes Binner has signed an agreement with Santa Fe city mayor Mario Barletta to carry out an integrated sewerage plan in the city, the provincial government reported in a release.
The 10-stage program aims to extend the city's sewerage system to 27 different neighborhoods at a cost of 300mn pesos (US$78.0mn). Currently, 25% of the city does not have access to sanitation.
