BRISBANE, Sept 9 Asia Pulse - A tourist park that was part of Australia's failed Mariner Leisure group is up for sale.

In May, Commonwealth Bank of Australia Ltd (ASX:CBA) appointed receivers Grant Thornton to the group after Mariner Coastal Operations and Mariner Leisure Management failed to repay debts of A$30 million (US$25.86 million).

The three-star Nestle Inn Tourist Village is located in Tingalpa, and sits on almost seven hectares of land about 12km from the Brisbane CBD.
