People start showing up well before the doors open at Antiques Roadshow events. For their trouble, these early birds get treated to what we like to call "The Sean Quinn Show." At around 6:45 a.m. at every Antiques Roadshow venue, Quinn, the director of security, emerges from other early-morning duties inside the convention center to give the folks in line a few instructions before they enter the appraisal area. While he's at it, he loosens 'em up. Quinn's usual methods: a steady stream of one-liners, some basic stretching exercises, and, yes, jumping jacks.
