Sep 09, 2009 (The Australian Financial Review - ABIX via COMTEX) -- Recent property deals include the acquisition of an office and warehouse complex in the Sydney suburb of Punchbowl for $A502,656 and a similar property in Chipping Norton for $A2.9m. Meanwhile, an owner-occupier has paid $A6.45m for an office building in Surry Hills and an Asian consortium has paid $A3m for the top floor of the Q2 building in Melbourne's CBD.
