Schlumberger (SLB.N), the world's largest oilfield service provider, plans to issue a Eurodollar bond maturing in March 2013, IFR reported on Tuesday.
HSBC and Morgan Stanley have been named to manage the deal, said IFR Markets, a Thomson Reuters online news and market analysis service.
