The Onondaga Citizens League's next study will explore the question, "What does it mean to be green?"
Over the next several months, the group will ask what defines an environmentally sustainable, or "green," community; what is being done to establish Central New York as a green community; what other communities are doing; and how green principles can be incorporated into public policies, business practices and people's daily lives.
The public is invited to participate by attending study sessions and contributing opinions.
