Boston Sci plans to acquire Advanced Bionics for $740M+

Taking a large step beyond its traditional space in interventional cardiology, Boston Scientific (Natick, Massachusetts) yesterday said it will buy neurostimulation specialist Advanced Bionics (Valencia, California), through the purchase of 100% of its stock for $740 million in cash, plus future milestone payments.
