Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP announced that Bernard "Barry" Nigro will return to the Firm as a partner in the Antitrust Department resident in Washington, DC. Mr. Nigro was previously a partner at Fried Frank from 1999 to 2003. From 2003 to 2005, Mr. Nigro served as the Deputy Director for the Federal Trade Commission's Bureau of Competition, where he supervised merger and non-merger enforcement divisions and developed agency policies related to compliance, merger and non-merger matters, and pre-merger notification.
