GenNx360 Capital Partners, a private equity firm focused on underperforming industrial business-to-business companies with $250 million to $1 billion in revenues, announced that W. Andrew ("Drew") Shea, an attorney with nearly two decades of investment banking and private equity experience, has joined the firm as a managing partner.
Mr. Shea, 43, has successfully invested more than $1 billion in a diverse group of middle market businesses including the nation's fourth largest window manufacturer, a prominent protective equipment manufacturer, and a large oilfield services company.
