Younan Properties, Inc., one of the nation's leading real estate investment and asset management companies, announced that it has added new positions to its management team. Terry Smolich joins Younan as Vice President of Human Resources. Younan also announced it has promoted Sarah Sadat to the newly-created position of Director of Finance and Treasurer. Sadat previously served as Director of Human Resources.
