USA-based Severn Trent Services has acquired a Spanish company which distributes, installs and services water and wastewater treatment systems throughout Spain and its territories, a September 9 Severn Trent Services press release said.
The purchased company is P.S. Apliclor S.A., based near Barcelona, Spain, which has about 60 employees. In addition to providing water/wastewater treatment services throughout Spain, it is also a leading distributor of water treatment chemicals in the Catalonia region of northeast Spain, according to the release.
