IRVING, Texas and DELRAY BEACH, Fla., June 4 /PRNewswire/ -- Lexington Services Associates, Ltd., the second largest provider of hotel reservations in the world, today announced it is being acquired by Travel Services International (Nasdaq: TRVL), a leading specialized distributor of leisure travel services.
