The replacement of the Summer Haven Bridges along State Road A1A, just south of the Claude Varn Bridge over the Matanzas Inlet and north of the Flagler County line, began this week, reports Florida DOT.
Traffic will be shifted and lane widths reduced next week on the southern most bridge as demolition of the old bridge is scheduled to begin right away.
