GREENWICH, Conn., June 10 /PRNewswire/ -- At their regular meeting today, the Directors of Urstadt Biddle Properties Inc. (NYSE: UBP) declared a quarterly dividend in the amount of $0.32 per share. The dividend is payable July 14, 1998 to shareholders of record on June 30, 1998. The dividend was declared at the same rate as the previous quarter and represents the 115th consecutive quarterly dividend since the Company began operation in 1969.
