The Cedar Avenue corridor from Bloomington to Lakeville is just 16 miles.
But the vision for bus rapid transit along the busy north-south route must be regional.
That was the message bus rapid transit expert Alan Hoffman delivered to more than three dozen south-metro officials who gathered in Apple Valley this week to hear the latest on Dakota County's marquee transit project.
