Six months ago, Michelle Fox was accidentally shot in the face by her husband in their home, in Van Buren. The shotgun blast left her blind and disfigured. At age 29, she faces years of reconstructive surgeries.
Since the shooting, Michelle Fox's family and friends have rallied to her support.
Her parents, Kathleen and Joseph Fox, made room in their 900-square-foot home on Camillus Drive for Fox's two children, Maya Burchacki, 6, and Malana Fox, 10 months. It's home for seven people: Michelle's children; her parents, her sister and her two brothers.
